The enVista toric IOL is the only IOL available that can be scleral-fixated in aphakic eyes without capsular support. This video shows a technique using 7-0 Gore-Tex sutures to achieve stable, accurate fixation of the MX60T IOL in a case of severe corneal astigmatism after perforating trauma.
