In this presentation from Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital and Eye Research Centre, the patient presents with superiorly subluxated lens, aniridia, and glaucoma. In this combined procedure, two limbal-based scleral flaps are made 180 degrees apart to secure the haptics of the glued lens. A special aniridia IOL with haptic eyelets for suturing is implanted in the anterior chamber, then the haptics are secured in the with fibrin glue. A trabeculectomy with punch is performed.

you are so brave to leave ?OL like that. what if the patient has a trauma to the eye? Also postoperavite the ?OL is not well centralised.

well thought steps. could a larger sized iol be implanted to avoid edge glare at periphery.
