Excellent surgery Barbara. Few points to help you more- do use an AC maintainer for fluid in the eye. Will make life very easy and the eye will not be hypotonic. Also when you make the intrascleral pockets with fluid in the eye it becomes easy whereas with a hypotonic eye it is a bit difficult. Alternatively you could create the intrascleral Scharioth pockets before implantation of the IOL when the eye is closed. Amar Agarwal
