Reverse optic capture was nicely done. I wonder whether the Acrysof optic in an anterior position can also cause some iris chaffing, or if this only occurs with its haptics.

A great learning video for anyone doing cataract surgery. Also impressed when surgeons show their complications, we can all learn from each other. Thanks for sharing that case with all of us.

how were post op pressure the first few days? how safe is it to leave viscoat in the eye? thanks for video

Ideally I would remove as much viscoelastic as possible, but when dealing with cases like this it is not practical. Viscoat is fairly forgiving. This patient did have elevated pressure for one day which readily responded to diamox.
