Georges Durr, MD, FRCSC, and Iqbal Ike K. Ahmed, MD, FRCSC, demonstrate use of the Zepto Precision Pulse Capsulotomy (Mynosys) in a small pupil case where the suction cup is placed under iris. Then they show an endoscopic view of a capsulotomy created with the Zepto. The edge is slightly thicker with a rolled up aspect around the 360 degree circumference which the authors speculate may improve the tensile strength of the anterior capsule.
