Show Description +

Colin McCannel, MD, and Michael A. Klufas, MD, present the case of a middle aged male with poorly controlled diabetes and diabetic tractional detachment involving the macula. Preoperative bevacizumab was administered. The majority of the fibrovascular membranes were removed with a 23Ga DORC EVA vitrectomy system cutter, however, an adherent plaque required dissection with curved scissors and Ovali forceps.
