The authors present 2 challenging cases of dislocated intraocular lens solved with the cupid technique. In this technique, the edge of a subluxated IOL is pierced with a needle and sutured to the sclera. Cupid fixation is a simple, cheap, minimal invasive and effective option for long lasting fixation of dislocated IOL, restoring the optics of the visual axis. No financial disclosure.

More than one hundred eyes with dislocated intraocular lens were submitted to Cupid fixation in the last seven years: under topical anesthesia, a 10-0 prolene needle perforated the IOL allowing its repositioning in the bag; the knot is left underneath a previously created limbal intrascleral pouch.
