The authors present 2 challenging cases of dislocated intraocular lens solved with the cupid technique. In this technique, the edge of a subluxated IOL is pierced with a needle and sutured to the sclera. More than one hundred eyes with dislocated intraocular lens were submitted to Cupid fixation in the last seven years: under topical anesthesia, a 10-0 prolene needle perforated the IOL allowing its repositioning in the bag; the knot is left underneath a previously created limbal intrascleral pouch.
