Hudson Nakamura, MD, presents a case of vitreomacular traction (VMT) in the eye of a patient with retinitis pigmentosa. The patient was pseudophakic with counting fingers visual acuity in both eyes. The right eye had a long-standing macular hole and the left eye required complex membrane peeling for VMT.
