Alan Carlson MD
Show Description +
Alan Carlson, MD, presents a complex patient with a failed corneal transplant. Previous transplant surgery was performed on an emergency basis for severe infection and corneal perforation. His "high risk" graft now requires repeat keratoplasty, lysis of anterior and posterior synechia and "open sky" cataract surgery.

Nice surgery but for preventing further complication it is better to use Flieringa ring in these type of cases. Why Acrylic iol was used. Why not pmma IOL when already open sky? www.corneazone.com
