Chronic Angle-Closure Glaucoma

Billy Pan, MD, shares a case of a patient with chronic angle-closure glaucoma which caused posterior synechiae formation. Cataract surgery is performed with lysis of synechiae and Malyugin Ring (MicroSurgical Technology) expansion of the iris. Upon decompression of the angle, a Streamline canaloplasty is performed followed by placement of iStent Inject devices (Glaukos).
