A. John Kanellopoulos, MD, presents a challenging cataract procedure in a 28-year-old male with buphthalmos, advanced glaucoma and keratopathy with older DSEAK. Visualization is very poor so Dr. Kanellopoulos places a light pipe through the paracentesis to highlight cataract and cortical material.
