In this video, Sergio Canabrava, MD; Pedro Carricondo, MD; and Glauber Eliazar, MD; discuss the Blue Bubble technique that uses trypan blue in small pupil cases. Synechiae are severed with the cannula as it is inserted behind the iris which results in a painted anterior capsule behind the iris. The last example shows a patient with Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) disease and was implanted Canabrava Ring.
