Astigmatic Correction in Laser Cataract Surgery

Dr. Batra uses the LenSx Laser to create the cataract incisions and to perform an astigmatic keratotomy, capsulotomy, and fragmentation of the nucleus. After removing the cataract, he uses the ORA System to measure IOL power and astigmatism. He opens the laser arcs to decrease the amount of residual cylinder.
