An Anterior Chamber Angle Fixated IOL Exchange for a Crystalens

Show Description +

Steven Siepser, MD, demonstrates the explantation of a PMMA anterior chamber angle fixated lens through a 6 mm scleral tunnel. This is combined with anterior vitrectomy, removal of secondary membranes, lysis of adhesions enabling the sulcus placement of the Crystalens, and correction of high astigmatism.
