There is recent interest in adjustable tension slip knot techniques for Corneal and Anterior Segment Surgery and although I don't routinely utilize these knots, I wanted to demonstrate the Terry Slipknot developed and published by Dr. Clifford Terry in the late 70's under the title of "Differentially Adjustable Slide Knot." This was demonstrated at the Welsh Cataract Congress and taught to me in October of 1983 by Drs. Jared Emory and Douglas Koch at the Cullen Eye Institute.
