This case demonstrates a staged approach to managing severe corneal ectasia and traumatic cataract. Corneal tissue addition keratoplasty was performed to address advanced keratoconus, followed by cataract extraction and implantation of a Light Adjustable Lens, resulting in excellent postoperative outcomes.
