very nice surgery sir, what was the outcome of this surgery? would like to know about your experience with the outcomes in these large macular hole surgeries. no matter how meticulous surgery we do or how satisfactory we are immediate POP, outcome is not so good with large holes like this, especially with chronic holes with RPE changes. your views on inverted flap technique? i prefer to do inverted flap in such cases, and yes i do get better results.

PS: is it a mixture of 2 different surgeries :) in the beginning, you have put illuminated infusion for a OD surgery. but at the end, you are removing cannulas with non-illuminated infusion from OS.
