Antonio Capone, Jr, MD, walks Timothy G. Murray, MD, MBA, through the management of retinal detachment (RD) in ROP after patients are treated with anti-VEGF therapy. Dr. Capone notes that RD is not unique to anti-VEGF therapy, as it can happen after laser as well. He explains that there are features of RD after pharmacotherapy, however, that are unique compared to those that happen post-laser.
