Hi, I'm Arshad Khanani with CRI Associates. I'm here at Euretina 2026, which is the largest retina meeting in the world. I had an opportunity to present an update on gene therapy for neovascular AMD in the invited Euretina neovascular AMD session. In my talk, I covered three late stage programs that are in development for neovascular AMD using gene therapy. The first one was sura-vec, which is now in phase three trials. We have seen long-term durability in the phase one, two study over five years, and also efficacy in a phase two study. These programs are going to read out end of the year from the pivotal atmosphere and ASCENT studies. The next one I covered was 4D-150. This is an intravitreal gene therapy. Sura-vec is a subretinal gene therapy. And here we are using R-100 vector with a dual gene therapy where we are expressing aflibercept protein as well as interference mRNA for VEGF-C.
We have seen now the data from PRISM1/2 study showing long-term efficacy and durability as well a very good safety profile. This program is in phase three development in the 4FRONT-1 and 4FRONT-2 studies, and the studies are fully enrolled and data will be coming out in the first and second half of next year. The last program I covered was ixo-vec, which has been in development for the past five to seven years. And the optic study from ixo-vec actually taught a lot about dose as well as prophylaxis. And then this was studied in LUNA study with a lower dose of 6E10. And now this trial is also in phase three ARTEMIS and AQUARIUS studies. ARTEMIS is fully enrolled and AQUARIUS is enrolling. So bottom line is I was here at Euretina to share my excitement about gene therapy as a drug delivery platform for our patients with neovascular AMD.
And it is very close to becoming a reality and I'm looking forward to seeing the data from three programs in the next 12 months. Thank you for your attention.
