Utilizing Technology to Maximize Intraoperative Accuracy

Show Description +

After this toric IOL case, I realized how lucky we are to have multiple technologies to allow us to be as accurate intraoperatively as we are preoperatively. The intraoperative guidance system, coaxial microscope, vacuum-based phaco unit, and aspheric toric IOL all provided me the opportunity to offer the best chance for the best refractive outcome possible. By the way, this patient was 20/15 the next day.
