Roberto Alejandro Guerra Garcia, MD, shares his technique for performing a pars plana vitrectomy for macular hole and retinal detachment. Triamcinolone is injected to particulate identify vitreous. After ILM peeling and vitreous base shaving, he unfolds peripheral retina. At the end of the case, the eye is injected with silicone oil.

The blue lines off your lens is OT lights, switch them off. You will get better video. Nice surgery.
