During a SMILE procedure, a slippage occurred in the cap incision when the patient suddenly moved. The edge of the incision coincided with the edge of the lower layer, making it difficult to locate the upper and lower layers.

On the first day after surgery, vision was normal, refractive errors were -0.50.
