Majid Moshirfar MD; Ryan T. Wallace; and Daniel Durrie, MD; present a method for simultaneous photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) and KAMRA Inlay (AcuFocus) implantation. After a centration mark is applied, the corneal inlay pocket is created with the iFS Femtosecond Laser (Abbott) at 40% depth. The KAMRA Inlay is placed in the pocket and then the patient is moved to the excimer laser for the PRK portion of the procedure.
