In this video, a severe trauma occurred when a 5-year-old child hit a table edge with extreme force causing a corneal lesion and scleral rupture at the posterior pole, temporal to the fovea. The scleral lesion was sealed with the fibrous inflammatory tissue that was created secondary to the trauma. The child also developed a massive vitreous hemorrhage.
