Hudson Nakamura, MD, presents a rather tough and demanding case with a macular tractional retinal detachment dealt with subretinal PFC removal after realizing the traction was over the macula and the retina shortened as well. After all tractions were relieved, silicone oil was used to attach the retina in an inverted vitrectomy fashion.
