This video features a pseudophakic retinal detachment with PVR C3 at the preoperative examination. I often add scleral buckling to my vitrectomy, if necessary, and if retina doesn't flatten at the end of the surgery. For me, I avoid doing retinectomy before attempting scleral buckling.
