Dr. Masket presents a case of a nasally decentered ReSTOR lens (Alcon, Fort Worth, TX) caused by the loop sticking to the posterior surface at the time of implantation. He injects dispersive visco agent and lifts the lens to break adhesions to center the lens in the bag.
