The patient presented with significant iris defect and piggyback plate haptic PCIOLs—one of which was in the bag, the other of which was partially in the sulcus and partially in the AC. Michael Snyder,MD, uses 25-Gauge Micro-forceps to hold and removed the IOL pieces.
