This high myope had a rhegmatogenous retinal detachment which was successfully repaired with a vitrectomy. She was referred for a phacovitrectomy for a dense cataract with psuedoexfoliation and a full thickness macular hole. Excellent. I do wish pre-op and post op B.C.V.A were mentioned or a brief an-noted history and symptoms were given in each video. anyway, great surgical skills.
