Jason N. Crosson, MD, and John O. Mason, MD, demonstrate their technique for injection of Iluvien at the time of vitrectomy surgery. The Iluvien fits easily through the 25 gauge cannulas. The injector must be rotated to ensure the Iluvien does not stick in the cannula. his is a great technique for patients with severe and chronic diabetic macular edema.
