ILM Peel Technique Under Perfluorocarbon in a Detached Retina With Proliferative Vitreoretinopathy

Show Description +

Hudson de Carvalho Nakamura, MD, presents an interesting technique showing the importance of peeling the internal limiting membrane (ILM) for retinal detachment cases. Even under silicon oil, the likelihood of them closing is very high. This is performed under brilliant blue for a great view of the ILM.
