Dear Dr Hudson, good morning. I have few questions regarding your technique. 1. Why ILM Transplantation and not temporal ILM flap in this case? 2. What are the chances of RPE damage during ILM flap placement by your technique. 3. The aim of ILM flap is to provide a smooth scaffold on Which other cells can grow , but your flap is just filling up the gap and no place for cells to proliferate. Nice day Dr Atul Dhawan India
