Hemorrhagic Choroidal Drainage

Gerardo Rivera Arroyo, MD; Renata Garcia Franco, MD; Verónica Romero Morales, MD; and Mariana Badillo Fernández, MD; report the case of a 65-year-old male patient who presented hemorrhagic choroidal detachment secondary to ocular hypotension after implantation of a Molteno valve. Choroidal drainage was performed 5 days after diagnosis of hemorrhagic choroidal detachment and previous ocular ultrasound.
