The Hans Multipurpose Intravitreal Guide facilitates the intravitreal injection procedure by stabilizing the eye globe and the needle, while allowing for accurate positioning and angle of the needle for safe injection of any therapeutic agents into the vitreous cavity. The guide has additional applications during incision creation and scleral IOL fixation in cataract surgery and as a marking guide in vitreoretinal trocar insertion. In this video, Dr. Hanspal S.
