EnVista MX60E w/ FLACS & ORA based real time AK titration

Show Description +

Blake Williamson MD, MPH, MS, presents a standard FLACS case using the new EnVista MX60E and intraoperative aberrometry to titrate the astigmatic keratotomy incisions. This case used zero phaco energy as a result of the FLACS fragmentation, which has become by preferred technique when possible. The MX60E unfolds faster than the previous iteration, which increases efficiency, and also has accuset haptics which offer a wider area of contact with the posterior capsule for increased stability.
