A 61-year-old patient with a history of therapeutic penetrating keratoplasty for an acanthamoeba-perforated ulcer later developed a retinal detachment. This video shows the endoscopic vitrectomy done with silicone oil removal, membrane peeling, and repair of tractional detachment secondary to PVR.
