Dr. Nikolakopoulos describes his bimanual vitrectomy technique to manage a retinal detachment utilizing a guided chandelier and a 25 gauge system. Scleral depression helps to bring the periphery to the center, and thus more easily and safely flatten the retina without limiting view.

if you can, work with a synergetics photon probe, the reference 56.30.23P or 56.30.25P. you can do the same technique wiht only 3 insertions, without auxilar light probe.
