A 38-year-old long standing diabetic presented with count fingers vision and a diabetic tractional retina detachment in the right eye. The left eye was no light perception and had a closed funnel tractional retina detachment. The patient delayed treatment because he did not have health insurance. Rohit Adyanthaya, MD, presents the management of this case.
