Kourous A. Rezaei, MD, presents his 23 gauge peripheral vitreous shaving and endolaser technique in a phakic patient. To facilitate this technique, Dr. Rezaei suggests lowering the IOP and angle the shaft of the cutter perpendicular to the retina.
