An 80-year-old woman presented with marked pseudophacodonesis and corneal edema secondary to endothelial decompensation. The patient had pseudoexfoliation syndrome and a history of cataract surgery with IOL implantation. Sadeer Hannush, MD, shows how he performed an IOL exchange and Descemet stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty.
