NICE PROCEDURE....PLANNED ONE FOR TOMORROW...pvr c2 ...inferotemporal tear....u have done it so nicely that it looks easy.

Thanks for the comment. I usually perform an anterior chamber irrigation with 10%-diluted Moxifloxacin at the conclusion of phaco-surgery even though it's an off-label usage.

I like this innovation. Betadine just before closure is good idea. I use Moxifloxacin drops before I suture the conjunctiva.
