In this video, Hossein Asghari, MD, demonstrates a complex cataract surgery in an eye with a miotic pupil with emulsified silicone oil in the anterior chamber and secondary corneal edema. After cataract removal, posterior capsulorrhexis is performed to remove the oil from the vitreous cavity.
