This is a 95-year-old with a hypermature cataract who has been referred for cataract surgery. A reverse slope sculpting technique is carried out with a Stellaris 2.2mm "purple" tip and then a ZCB00 implant is placed in the capsular bag. An LRI is performed to complete the procedure.
