In my experience, when a regular PMMA 3 piece IOL is sutured horizontaly transscleraly in such an eye - complete vitrectomy ,aphakia without any capsular support - then the IOL tends to TILT vertically. Why this is not happens in your case? IOL is much larger than 6 mm optic regular IOL? Thanks for your answer
