This patient with uveitis presented with diplopia caused by a surgical iridotomy bisected by the optic edge. This video demonstrates reformation of the anatomic pupil, as well as reconstruction of the large iridotomy, to resolve the diplopia. Techniques for manipulating and suturing atrophic and fibrotic iris are shown.
