This case will show the removal of a subluxated crystalline lens with fixation of the capsular bag using a capsular tension ring and an Ahmed Capsular Tension Segment sutured and Gore-Tex suture. The case is simplified by the use of a femtosecond laser to help create the capsulotomy and toric alignment marks.
