This video shows the Xen Gel Stent (Allergan) curl up and move on its own as aqueous passes through the lumen and it becomes hydrated. It's almost as if it has come alive! This is the type of flow you want to check for when you have open conjunctiva to ensure the Xen is patent and working. Keep in mind, ab externo placement is off label.
