Zia ul Mazhry, MD, explains a myriad of surgical techniques required to rescue and manage a post traumatic subluxated cataract and intractable angle recession glaucoma in this case of a young adult. The patient's BCVA improved three months post-operatively with IOP well controlled on topical anti-glaucoma therapy. Bleb revision using 0.01 G% injection MMC was performed two weeks postoperatively.

I agree to you the ideal choice is an IOL with round edged haptics. But the technique remains the same.

this iol is contraindicated in sulcus- significant risk of ugh syndrome. should use 3 piece.
