John Kanellopoulos, MD, presents a patient with bullous keratopathy, vitreous in the anterior chamber and glaucoma. First, incisions are created with the LenSx Laser. After explanting a silicone IOL and clearing vitreous from the chamber, he utilizes a reverse implantation technique in which an Artisan lens is inserted upside down and fixated retropupillary. The DSAEK procedure is the then performed and air bubbles are injected to fixate the graft.

very nice surgery but i would use AC maintanier through the procedure.
