Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital presents an Intralase DSEK with Glued IOL. After anterior vitrectomy with pupiloplasty, trypan blue is used to stain Descement's and endothelium. An IOL is introduced through a scleral tunnel and the haptics are externalized and tucked in scleral pockets.

whew! these guys are fearless! i think pupil stretching instead of using vitrector would have produced better pupil.
